Scope of Services

We provide strategic consulting in scientific communication, drug development, and market access for life sciences companies. All services are subject to mutually agreed project scopes and timelines.

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, and deliverables developed by Innomagine remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may use deliverables for intended purposes only.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary information exchanged during the engagement

Limitation of Liability

Innomagine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Payment Terms

Fees and payment schedules will be outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Any outstanding dues or deliverables will be settled as per the agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
